Payment and delivery
Payment in Ukraine
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- full payment to the account of the sole proprietor;
- cash on delivery by mail with an advance payment of UAH 150 (remember about the NP commission of UAH 20 + 2% of the amount).
Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery time is 1-4 days from the date of ordering.
Sending is carried out only by Nova Poshta.
Delivery cost according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
Orders are sent from Monday to Friday after 15:00. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, as well as on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Same-day shipping is possible if the order is placed and confirmed before 15:00.
The storage period for parcels at Nova Poshta is 7 days, after which they will be automatically returned (according to the agreement with Nova Poshta).
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- full payment to the account of the sole proprietor;
- full payment to PayPal.
Sending is carried out only by Nova Poshta.
Attention
The procedure for processing and registering international shipments by Nova Poshta takes 1-3 business days.
We pack, measure the parcel and create an APPLICATION. The Nova Poshta operator contacts us for confirmation. In the evening, the courier picks up the parcel and takes it to the post office.
Attention, at this point, your account does not yet show that the parcel has been accepted by the branch.
The next day, Nova Poshta does the following (except on Saturdays and Sundays):
- measures the parcel,
- checks the contents of the parcel,
- provides information to the customs,
- registers it in its database.
But only the next day does the parcel leave the office.
Returns
Exchanges and refunds are made within 14 days after purchase.
To return or exchange, fill out the form that is in your parcel and send it to the address:

The product must be in its original packaging and with tags. No wearables, foundation or perfume.
Upon receipt of the goods, our managers inspect them for wear or other damage and transfer the refund to the card.
Refunds are made within 1-7 business days from the date of receipt of the parcel by the warehouse.
Attention. To get a refund, you must fill out a refund form.
General Questions
If a product has a pre-order status, it means that it is in the process of being sewn but is available for order. Placing a pre-order guarantees you a unit in the batch and shipment as soon as it is ready.
To use the certificate, you need to place an order via a direct message on Instagram and send a photo of the certificate to the manager.

We pack all orders in beautiful branded packaging. Small orders (1 item) are packed in branded parcel bags, and large orders in boxes.
